Travel Information

Your registration covers the hotel room and breakfast from your arrival date through check-out on April 25, 2027. Arriving April 20 (Board Day) includes 5 nights; arriving April 21 includes 4 nights.

If you require additional hotel nights before or after the meeting, please contact the organising team and we will share the preferential rate.
